NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 12 June 2013 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from using that length
of B5428 Henllan in the County of Denbigh which extends from its junction with Pen Cae Du crossroads to its junction with the unclassified road known
as Chwefor to Plas Heaton Hall Road.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate carriageway maintenance works.
The alternative route available for traffic will be via B5428, A525 A543 and B5382, and will be sign posted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be
maintained throughout the period of closure.
The Order will come into force on 1 July 2013 and remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion of the works whichever is the
earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately

NOTICE OF TEmPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from using the lengths of
roads referred to in the Schedule below.
• The reason for the closure is to facilitate surface dressing works.
• Only one road will be closed at any one time to minimize disruption.
• Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The Order comes into force on 17 June 2013, and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months or
until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take
approximately 1 week to complete

NOTICE OF TEmPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 12th June 2013 to make an Order
which will prohibit any vehicle from using that length of Victoria Park Avenue Prestatyn in the County of
Denbigh for its entire length.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate installation of a gas main by Wales & West Utilities.
The alternative route available for traffic will be via Victoria Road, Bastion Road, Bridge Road and Sandy
Lane and will be sign posted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of
closure.
The Order will come into force on 1 July 2013 and remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until
the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take
approximately 3 weeks to complete.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 and 124
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 5 June 2013 to make an Order which
will prohibit any vehicle from waiting, loading and unloading at any time, on the length of road referred to
in the Schedule below.
The reason for the restriction is to regulate the parking of vehicles during the demolition of a building in
that vicinity.
The current Street Parking Places arrangements presently in force on Gronant Street will be temporarily
suspended during the period of temporary no-parking enforcement.
The Order will come into force on 24 June, 2013 and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months.
It is anticipated that the works will take approximately 4 weeks to complete.
