THE following musical events are being held in the area over the coming seven days.
Friday, September 19

MADE IN WALES, featuring comedian Owen Money and singer Paul Child with the Welsh Television Orchestra and special guests The Dragon Choir, at Theatr Brycheiniog, BRECON.

TRIBAN, live music at the new Workhouse indoor venue
, LLANFYLLIN.

VELVET DUKES, local band who launched their debut CD this year, play live at the Bull Inn, SHREWSBURY.

SMALL'S FACES, live music at the Horseshoe Inn, RATLINGHOPE.

COUNTRY LEGENDS: Solid Gold Tour 2, celebration of the best of country music at SHREWSBURY Music Hall.

Also coming to Theatr Hafren, NEWTOWN on Friday November 28.

FFONIC. Montgomeryshire's world music community band at Plaid Cymru Social Buffet in the Raven Inn, WELSHPOOL.

MICHAELAS FAIR, weekend festival at BISHOPS CASTLE with entertainments including the Nachda Sansaar Punjabi folk dancers; Kaleidoscope mime theatre, FaCeD DaNcE street dancers, Humdingers folk singers, Merry Noise medieval musicans, Mana Matrix punk rockers, Neotopia modern rock, and much more

COR GODRE'R ARAN, in concert at CARNO Community Centre in aid of Leukaemia Research.

HEREFORD POLICE CHOIR, in charity concert supported by Trallong Ladies Choir, at Theatr Brycheiniog, BRECON.
