Super Furry Animals headline the main stage on Saturday with Richard Thompson. The Folkey Dokey stage include Lightspeed Champion, and Cate Le Bon. The Green Man Cafe has Badly Drawn Boy and Heather Jones.
On the main stage on Sunday includes Pentangle; The National; Los Campansinos, and Radio Luxemburg.
The Folkey Dokey stage has Caribou, Nia Mastasia, and The Owl Service, and Wolf People.
Green Man cafe includes Little Wings and Jane Weaver.
Late additions include the Institute of Physics's team of physics buskers with their Physics in the Field team setting up the 500-capacity Science Tent with the aim of getting revellers of all ages to have a go at their physics tricks, hand-held demonstrations using things that can be found at home; plus the 'Rock in 11 Dimensions' and "Top Ten Myths' shows.
FARMER PHIL'S FESTIVAL, Hazel O'Connor and Chumbawamba are today's headline acts at Gatten Farm, RATLINGHOPE.
The festival continues on Saturday, August 16, with others appearing including 3 Daft Monkeys, Bob Marley Legend and Sex Pistol Experience tribute acts; Greenland Whalefishers, Gravy Train, Blanco Diablo, HMV, The Splitters, Root'n Toot'n, and Steve Day; plus a Battle of the Bands.

Sunday, August 17
MACHYNLLETH FESTIVAL opens at 7.30pm today with the traditional Cymanfa Ganu featuring baritone soloist Meilyr Wyn Jones, 23, who farms with his parents near Aberhosan, with the Wesleyan Singers, a mixed choir from Llanidloes, conducted by Tecwyn Jones.
Concerts and events at The Tabernacle Arts Centre continue until August 24, with harpist Catrin Finch headlining Monday night's concert with baritone Jeremy Huw Williams and pianist Nigel Foster in an evening of music by Welsh composers.
Tuesday night August 19: Mezzo soprano Sian Meinir, soprano Diana Palmerston, tenor Aled Wyn Davies; and baritone Tom Gwanas Evans with pianist Eirian Owen, performing songs old and new.
Wednesday August 20: Hallstatt Lecture at 1pm with Lord Thomas of Gresford tracing the origins of the family of Abram Wood, a gypsy family of famous harpists from Llanfihangel yng Ngwynfa.
Evening jazz concert by Gwilym Simcock Trio fresh from their appearance at Brecon Jazz.
Thursday August 21: Lunchtime concert by Robert Plane on clarinet with the Gould Piano Trio playing Messiaen's Quartet for the End of Time. Evening concert features Zum, the five piece gypsy tango band.
Friday August 22: 2008 Glyndwr Award for an Outstanding Contribution to the Arts in Wales will be made at 1pm to National Eisteddfod chaired bard Tudur Dylan Jones.
Evening concert by the Wihan Quartet with Martin Kasik on piano playing quartets by Mozart and Janacek and a Dvorak piano quintet.
Saturday August 23: Aeronwy Thomas Ellis, daughter of Dylan Thomas, from 1pm.
The 7.30pm concert is by international pianist Steven Osborne.
Sunday August 24: Final evening concert by mezzo soprano Christianne Stotjin with new festival artistic director Julius Drake, performing songs by Brahms accompanied by viola player Lawrence Power.
