* GLENN MORRIS, exhibition of work by the local sculptor inspired by visits to the Arctic, plus Jenny Hare’s paintings of horses, open 10am to 5.30pm every day at ERWOOD Station Craft Centre and Gallery until April 5.

* MUSEUM OF MODERN ART WALES, exhibitions at the MACHYNLLETH gallery comprise Susan J. Adams “There Are Receivers in the Woods” on to March 19; and new exhibition by Daniel Robertson is on to March 26.
Opening on Monday, March 14, and on show to April 30 will be work by Mervyn Rowe.

* ORIEL DAVIES GALLERY, exhibition at the NEWTOWN venue features “Fables from a New World: the life and times of T. H. Thomas, As Imagined by Jennie Savage” on to April 6, Thomas was a 19th century private collector and illustrator whose collections were donated to the National Museum of Wales in 1915. This exciting commission is an installation of sound and labyrinthine spaces.
