Highways Act 1980 Section 119, Herefordshire Council, Footpath LZ3 (Part) Lyonshall, Public Path Diversion Order 2013
On 15th August, 2016 the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed with modifications the above Order under section 119 Highways Act 1980 ("the Act").
The effect of the Order, as confirmed, is to divert that part of Public Footpath LZ3 in the Parish of Lyonshall running from OS Grid Reference SO 3341, 5398 to OS Grid Reference SO 3362, 5417. An alternative footpath will be created as a replacement, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 3341, 5398 to re-join the existing route of LZ3 at OS
Grid Reference SO 3362, 5417.

Copies may be purchased on payment of the copying charges of the Herefordshire Council ("the Council"). Copies are also available on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

The Council confirms and certifies that all the provisions of the order have been satisfied and therefore the diversion takes effect on the above said confirmation date of this order, but, if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act, as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.
