The 2nd day of March 2017
For a Grant/Variation of a licence to operate a premises at The Lion. Leintwardine, SY7 0JZ
on/from which the following licensable activities are proposed We would like to make changes to the licensable activities areas.We would like to start being able to sell alcohol in our garden area of the premises.We do not want to do this every day of the week but would like to do it during wedding events when we put up a marquee or choose to have an outside bar during events or sometimes in summer when we choose to do a BBQ. We would also like to include the weekend just before the first bank holiday in May for the non standard timings.We would like to supply alcohol and music from 11:00 to 00:00 on both the Saturday and Sunday of the weekend specified above.This would be for both inside the pub and outside in the garden. An example for this year would be April Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th 2017. Next year however it falls on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of May 2018. The bank holiday Monday however is NOT included in the two days we want for non standard timings.

2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities,has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council.This maybe inspected,free of charge, at the offices of the council at
County Offices, PO Box 233, Bath Street, Hereford, HR1 2ZF between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday
An interested party or Responsible Authoritymay make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make afalse statement in connection with an application andapersonmay be liable on summary conviction to fineofupto£5,000.
