SARAH JOANNE BLEAKLEY Glan-y-Nant, Aberhafesp Jim, Emily, Jack and all the family wish to thank everyone for their help and support during Sarah's long illness. Thanks for the help from Samantha Gibbs of Macmillan Cancer Support; also the Lingen Davies Centre, Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, Caersws Surgery and Severn Hospice. The family wish to thank everyone who attended Sarah's funeral and memorial service and for all the generous donations received for Severn Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support. Also grateful thanks to the Reverend Alison Gwalchmai for all her help. Special thanks to Ian of M Jones & Son, Llanidloes.
