AUBREY PRYCE STEPHENS Of 5 Tan-Y-Fron, Crossgates Passed away peacefully at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on 14th April surrounded by his family, aged 78 years. Aubrey, husband to the late Ruth, father to Andrew, Mark, Monica and Kevin, a loving grandfather to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren and father-in-law to Tracey, Lynne, Gary and Caroline. He will be truly missed. There was a large attendance at his funeral service at St Padarn's Church, Llanbadarn Fawr on Wednesday 2nd May. The family would like to thank Rev'd Andrew Perrin for a lovely service and also thank the organist Mrs Ruby Griffiths. Donations amounting to over were received for St Michael's Hospice, Bartestree, Hereford, St Padarn's Church, Wales Air Ambulance and Penybont Graveyard. Funeral arrangements were by M Morgan Lloyd, Llandrindod Wells. The family wish to thank all relatives and friends for their kindness, their support and sympathy shown at this sad time. Also sincere thanks for the many cards, floral tributes, attendance at the funeral and generous donations. Thanks to the bearers, leaflet distributors and name recorders at the service. Thanks also to Mike Lloyd, for his guidance with the funeral arrangements and to Francis Jones and her ladies for the lovely tea.
