JULIE MARIE SMITH Martin, Carol, Glyn, Gill, Bob and all family members would like to thank most sincerely, all relatives, friends and neighbours. who attended Julie's Funeral Service at St. Michael's Church, Trefeglwys. Thank you for the many cards and donations amounting to for the Birmingham Children's Hospital, which Julie Sponsored. We would like to thank the Reverends Lynda Cowan and Jon Price for conducting the service, the organist, choir, ushers and the bearers. Thanks to Ian Hughes at M. Jones & Son Funeral Directors, thanks to Sheila at Bizzy Lizzys for the beautiful flowers and Sarah Lloyd and staff for the refreshments. A special thank you to the Police, Fire and Ambulance Services.
